That day I meet Glenn and his sons. He was taking them out on drill with him. He spoke to me and reassured me things would be fine. I had not even gone to basic yet. On his last patrol we were both gunners he was in vehicle 1 I was in 4. As we left the gate the order was changed. We swapped places. There isn't a day I think about it.
