Just thinking about how crazy motivated you were in engineer school, Googled you and here we are. I was thinking about you going out and PTing in that hurricane while we tried to play football in the high winds and rain, but just ended up chasing the football around for 20 minutes before going back inside. About an hour later I peeped outside to see how bad the storm was blowing, and there you were, in flak and kevlar, still going at it, doing side-straddle hops! All by yourself, in a hurricane, an hour later! Crazy guy! Even now, when I want to quit while working out, I play that little movie in my head, and it keeps me going bud. What I think about the most is when we asked Gunney Reyna to switch duty stations, so we could get our 1st choice picks instead of our 3rd and you could have stayed in LeJuene. Gunneys being gunneys he said no, so we both got stuck with our last choice. If he had said yes... I probably would have been in your shoes. Life's not fair, my friend. You would have kicked ass in civilian life, you were a hard charger. I'll see if I can't track down where you were put to rest and pay my respects. You are missed. With the highest regard and the deepest respect, Shipley PS I ended up playing Commandos 3 for you, I know you wanted to play it. You didn't miss much, Commandos 2 was approximately 400% better. Never forgotten. R.I.P. Andrew. I hope we'll be reunited again one day my friend. I miss you brother.
