The second my mom wasn't watching us anymore, he grabbed the chocolate box and I had my first bite of dark chocolate. When my mom came back she said " Cheyenne Willey, are you feeding that baby chocolate? " As my uncle stuffed a piece of chocolate in his mouth he replied, " But the baby likes it!! " Every time I think of that time with my uncle I always laugh, I was to young to remember much anything else about him, but I will always know that. He is such an important person in my family, and has inspired my dream of being in the army. Those were some of the last words I said to him. His answer is what I hold close as I learn the difficult lesson of living without him. "Yes, yes, I do, Stacy". " Do you know how much? ", "Yes, I Do" At the time there where no more words that needed to be said, although I can think of a thousand more now. Thank You, you have always been my hero, you mean the absolute world to me, I don't know how to live without you, Ten years have gone by and all I can hope is that I will some how make you proud of me and my girls. Cheyenne is now and always will be, alive in our hearts. We will never forget the hero that gave his ALL, to not only us, his beloved family, but to his country and her people because he truly believed in what America stands for, freedom and justice. I just wanted to thank you for the kind words and to ask that you remember this remarkable man as this Christmas marks ten years for our family. For your sacrifice, words do little to describe our sincere gratitude. However, There is a hope for a future where such wonderful people will not have to die in the wars of the world. ISAIAH 2:4 And he will certainly render judgment among the nations and set matters straight respecting many nations and set matters straight respecting many peoples. And they will have to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning shears. Nation will not lift up sword against nation, neither will they learn war anymore....REV 21:3,4-"death will be no more" Sat, 14 Apr 2012 05:44:12 -0700 Kevin Gregory on December 31, 2010 https://projects.latimes.com/wardead/name/cheyenne-c-willey/#c43735 https://projects.latimes.com/wardead/name/cheyenne-c-willey/#c43735 I don't know this soldiers as I'm just visiting the website. No words can ever honor sufficiently Sgt. Willeys' likely intentions to do his part to try to protect the lifestyle of hundreds of millions of Americans.
