Mr. Grace was my counselor when i went to RMS for both my 7th and 8th grade years. I was his TA and he was always happy. He used to be an incredible mentor to young people. And he was a great basketball player. I am very sad to hear that he is not with us.

I met Officer Spree outside a local school. She was hugging the small children. I could tell she realy cared about them. I wish I could have known her better. The world needs more people like her. She will be greatly missed.

Tears are streaming down my face as I imagine the world without Paul Sheldon Long. I met Paul and Karen at church in 1987. We rejoiced as they welcomed their son, Devin, into the world (I was his first baby-sitter). My brothers (Leif and Daven) and I were students at Grace Brethren School where Mr. Long was our teacher. His teaching ability was unmatched, but it was his Biblical knowledge and Christian example that proved most valuable to his students. He was engaging, supportive, dedicated, smart, caring... I am grateful that my husband had the chance to meet Paul and I was proud to have him and Karen at our wedding. Paul loved his family, his work, his students and our God. Paul Long will never be forgotten. He touched, and changed, so many lives.

I remember: Dennis & his troupe singing at Art Stringham's party...with his guitar in the AI parking lot during lunch...and the sparkle in his eyes when he spoke of Maria and the heart they poured into theie school...how grateful I am to have known him.

Mr. Grace was my middle school counselor years back. I am deeply saddened by his loss. He was a nice man who loved his job. I graduated from Roosevelt Middle School 6 years ago but Mr. Grace was the kind of person you couldn't forget regardless of how long it had been. He will be missed.

Rest in Peace Mr. Grace!

Mr.Souser was an amazing person. He was really nice to me and he is my dad's best frined and now they are both in Heaven together having a blast. Most of all they are with Jesus Christ their wonderful Father. He helped plan my dad's memorial service and I was very grateful to him for doing that, and everyone else who helped. I Love you Mr.Souser! and Souser family.

Gabby and Magdaleno Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss of Aida. My heart goes out to you.

Three years ago, one of my best friends, someone I grew up with and considered my little sister, even though we weren't biologically related, died suddenly. I remember that I couldn't sleep for three days. And, I didn't know I had that many tears in my eyes. But the tears were not enough.

And so we were all left with the one question of "Why?" Why? Why?
Of course, even if we were given an answer, she could not come back.
But I realized, as did every one who knew her, just how lucky and blessed we were to have had her in our lives, even though that amount of time was too short. So, to this day, I still get strength and courage from her; she is still with me, and her family and friends, in spirit and memory, just as Aida will always be with you.

None of us can truly know the depth of pain and loss you are experiencing. Take comfort in your family and friends.
Together you will get through this.
